徽融通运营公司为安徽天贷金融咨询服务有限公司，而该公司的母公司为安徽龙舒酒业有限公司，这就不难理解为何会想出用酒水抵押现金的歪招了。根据该运营公司及其母公司龙舒酒业联合发布的《承诺公告》，徽融通目前出现兑付危机，难以兑现投资者的回款，原因是资金周转困难，因此决定采用两种方案解决危机，一是以现金分期兑付+酒水或股权兑付。70%本金将现金兑付，另外30%的本金将使用龙舒酒业的酒和股权进行兑付；二是投资者所投金额可全部兑换酒水或安徽龙舒酒业股权。
