新京报快讯（记者吴为）5月30日，中国社会科学院财经战略研究院、中国社会科学出版社与中国社科院城市与竞争力研究中心联合发布《中国城市竞争力报告2016》（下称“报告”），其中对38个大城市的“城市病”指数进行排名，深圳、北京、杭州、温州、广州位居“城市病”指数前五。
报告认为，城市病主要表现在交通拥堵、房价过高、环境污染、看病难等问题。“城市病”指数中，深圳、北京、广州、上海等四个一线城市均排在前十，杭州、温州、济南、西安、佛山、石家庄等城市也在前十之列。
同时，“城市病”指数排行也通过交通、环境、住房等分项指标具体对“城市病”进行具体排名。在交通拥堵指数中，北京市位居首位。报告指出，北京市堵车最严重，高峰平均车速仅为22.61公里/小时，上班族高峰时段用时为畅通时段的近2倍。
