IT资讯讯 5月19日消息，近日爱奇艺以侵害信息网络传播权纠纷为由将“华数TV”诉至法院，原因后者未经允许提供《重返20岁》的在线播放服务，目前海淀法院受理了此案。

原告诉称，其经北京奇艺科技有限公司授权，依法享有影视作品《重返20岁》在中国大陆地区的独占性信息网络传播权。被告华数传媒网络有限公司为“华数TV”电视端的运营单位，未经其允许在“华数TV”上非法向公众提供涉案影视作品的在线播放服务。

爱奇艺要求被告华数传媒网络有限公司停止侵害、赔礼道歉，并赔偿经济损失及合理费用合计30万元。目前，本案正在进一步审理中。
