聚力传媒称聚力定位于“以流媒体为介质、以社群服务为核心的文化O2O平台”，背靠苏宁实现文化产业创意与消费的连接。

同时聚力传媒宣布，与韩国最大的娱乐媒体公司CJ E&M集团建立战略合作关系。与秀场平台YY、电竞赛事平台龙珠&PLU达成战略合作，从这两大平台推出的优秀主播、优秀创意将直接进入聚力传媒的商业化、工业化管道，实现IP孵化和增值。
