9日深夜被无罪释放
张先生向内蒙古晨报全媒体记者介绍，9日20时许，广东四会检察院召开检委会，对张嘉伟作出不予批捕决定。当天22时左右，家属将张嘉伟从当地看守所接出，张嘉伟被无罪释放。四会检察院给出的释放理由是：事实不清、证据不足。
