针对该事件，中国电信北京公司也已作出回应，称将尽一切努力配合公安机关，做好相关工作。中国电信北京公司工作人员表示，经核实，5月4日有用户持本人二代身份证及张馨予女士的临时身份证到电信的营业厅为张女士办理补卡业务。
