　　中新网5月5日电 据安监总局网站消息，安监总局今日公布的数据显示，今年1-4月，全国发生各类生产安全事故13859起、死亡7385人。其中，发生重大事故10起、死亡和下落不明136人。

　　近日，安监总局召开会议分析2016年1-4月安全生产形势。会议公布的数据显示，今年1-4月，全国发生各类生产安全事故13859起、死亡7385人，按照可比口径(下同)同比分别下降14.4%和17.9%。其中，发生重大事故10起、死亡和下落不明136人，同比分别下降28.6%和28.0%；未发生特别重大事故。

　　煤矿、金属非金属矿山、建筑业较大事故起数和死亡人数同比双下降；化工、烟花爆竹死亡人数同比下降；铁路运输业事故起数同比下降；农业机械、航空运输业未发生较大事故，同比持平。道路运输业连续7个月未发生重特大事故，是有数据记录以来的最好水平。

　　同时，会议要求，要深刻汲取近期几起典型事故的教训，避免类似事故重复发生。

　　经初步调查分析，该起事故的直接原因是未按规定使用夹轨器固定，导致龙门吊被强风推动滑至轨道端部，柱脚受终端止挡阻挡后龙门吊整体倾覆。龙门吊倾覆范围内有违建临时宿舍，造成人员大量伤亡。

　　经初步调查分析，该起事故的直接原因是该公司组织承包商在交换泵房进行管道焊接作业时，违反动火作业管理要求，未清理作业现场地沟内的易燃物，未进行可燃气体分析，未事先采取防控措施，焊接明火引燃现场地沟内的油品，导致火灾事故发生。

　　——陕西铜川市耀州区照金矿业有限公司“4·25”透水事故

　　经初步调查分析，该起事故的直接原因是企业未对离层积水进行超前疏放，在顶板周期来压时，顶板冒落形成导水通道，积水溃入工作面，造成透水事故。(该矿自2013年7月以来已发生3次透水事故)
