　　今天上午，人民网安徽频道记者向阜阳火车站方面求证网友反映的情况。据了解，经初步调查，该趟列车为由阜阳开往安庆的L8685，停留时间较短。由于无线电通讯设备发生故障，站台与候车室人员联系不畅，未能及时组织旅客乘车，导致有20多名旅客漏乘。

　　“事件发生后，我们立即启动了应急处置预案，将漏乘旅客安排到软席候车室休息。同时，送上方便面和火腿肠等食品，对要求退票的旅客现场办理全额退票，并表示我们真诚的歉意。”阜阳火车站工作人员表示。

　　据悉，今日上午7时许，阜阳火车站已安排大巴将滞留的20多名旅客送往安庆。
