　　5月1日消息，多方消息源向界面证实百度副总裁王湛因违反职业道德行为规范，损害百度利益，被百度开除，上个月29日是他在百度的最后一个工作日。

　　此前，百度曾通报百度贴吧事件处理结果，其中就包括王湛，他被给予了通报批评、记大过处分，并且扣除当年全额奖金。

　　资料显示，王湛于2000年7月加入百度，2010年1月起任百度副总裁，现作为公司级战略协同和执行总负责人，负责跨体系业务协同工作的推进、战略执行的监督与管理、及公司跨体系对外战略合作的推动。2010年1月至2011年7月，王湛曾负责百度商业产品、服务管理、移动互联网等业务。2011年7月至2013年6月负责管理百度销售体系，包括直销分公司，渠道部、大客户销售等工作。2013年6月至2015年12月负责百度用户消费业务群组，包括数字娱乐，数字内容及互联网证券等业务。
