班格纳说，当时包括司机和乘客，全都下车在休息区附近走走，车内并无任何人，没想到却拍到外星人抢镜，事后他也向客运公司反映此事，但他们也无法解释。班格纳表示，经过这次事件后，自己和妻子饱受惊吓。
