据工商信息显示，天津奇信通达科技有限公司成立于2015年11月16日，注册资本1000万人民币，企业法人代表为周鸿祎，三大股东分别为自然人周鸿祎、齐向东和企业法人天津奇睿众信科技合伙企业（有限合伙）。其中天津奇睿众信的企业法人之一为奇虎三六零软件（北京）有限公司。
