29 year old man Wang was charged with nothing but promises, from acquaintances defraud Apple cell phone, involving more than 500,000 yuan. Yesterday, Wang on suspicion of the crime of contract fraud and ticket fraud trial in Haidian Court, he argues that innocence in court.

In court, Wang admitted that its cheque to any Mr, Dr, Mr Zhao, who took the phone, cheque is returned by the Bank after the incident. Wang argued that, after the incident because of his debt to his hometown in Hebei, he has given 20,000 yuan. But because an acquaintance, he did not play. The rest of the money he had made some payments, and some ious, so it is not fraud, should be economic disputes.

29岁的男子王某被指控以开空头支票的方式，从熟人处骗取苹果手机，涉案金额50余万元。昨天，王某因涉嫌犯合同诈骗罪和票据诈骗罪在海淀法院受审，他当庭辩称无罪。

海淀检察院指控，2013年7月至8月，王某在海淀区鼎好电子城内，以使用“空头支票”的方式，骗取任先生苹果5手机34部，共值16万元，骗取杨先生9.4万元；2013年3月至7月，王某又采用合同诈骗的方式，骗取赵先生苹果5手机22部，共10万余元，骗取刘女士40部苹果5手机，值19万余元。

庭上，王某承认其使用空头支票到任先生、杨先生、赵先生等人处拿手机，后因空头支票被银行退回案发。王某辩称，事发后因任先生等人追债去了他河北老家，他先后给过任先生2万元。但因为是熟人，他都没有打条。其余的钱他有的已经还上了部分欠款，有的打了欠条，所以不是诈骗，应是经济纠纷。

该案没有当庭宣判。
