Ant gold take a stake in China zheshang Bank: investment of nearly 200 million Yuan-PayPal-IT information

日前登陆香港资本市场，在浙商银行上市之前，蚂蚁金服旗下支付宝香港公司已斥资3000万美元成为浙商银行基石投资者。

招股文件显示，浙商银行一共引入包括支付宝(香港)在内的5名基石投资者，合计同意认购最多约10亿美元股份，认购总股数最多为19.075亿股H股。

其中，浙江省海港投资运营集团申购10亿股H股，绍兴领雁股权投资基金合伙企业申购2.5亿股H股，蚂蚁金服旗下支付宝(香港)申购3000万美元。

兖州煤业旗下兖煤国际申购4亿股H股，申万宏源申购1亿美元。兖州煤业公告称，作为基石投资者认购浙商银行4亿股H股，认购金额不超19亿港元。

若按该行中间价4.02港元/股计算，则5位基石投资者认购比例最高为57.61%。

蚂蚁金服一共投入了3000万美元，以4.02港元发行价计算，则获57,945,000股，占发售股份总数1.76%，及全球发售完成后已发行股份的0.32%。

浙商银行行长刘晓春曾对外表示，浙商银行在引入支付宝(香港)作为基石投资者前，与百度、支付宝已有合作关系，实现平台对接互动和资源共享。

浙商银行上市前，最大股东为浙江省金融控股有限公司、浙江省财务开发公司，持股比例分别达19.96%，完成全球发售后，股份分别降至18.75%。

上市前，中国万向控股公司等4家企业或个人持股分别达9.48%，上市后股份升至9.51%。

当前，浙商银行H股股价为3.93港元，总市值为130亿港元。
