天津大学从2016年春季学期开始推出两个学分的《恋爱学理论与实践》课程，课程安排有“恋爱礼仪与约会技巧”“爱有自我才会赢”“爱情面面观——恋爱团体心理辅导沙龙”等，主讲老师有从事多年学生工作的辅导员，也有学校心理健康教育中心的老师，还有从校外聘请的情感专家等。

恋爱课是天津大学自2015年9月始实施的学生课外实践教育课程化、学分制改革的一项内容。第一次开放选课系统，选课人数超过了800人。课程的组织者、“鹊桥会”社团负责人王蕊介绍，社团不得不调整选课策略，控制选课人数。

天津大学心理健康教育中心主任杨丽说，对恋爱中常出现的问题，如对于失恋的心理准备不足、在恋爱中迷失自己、自我怀疑甚至伤害行为，大学生往往缺乏足够的危机处理能力。“恋爱课”将帮助青年人学会一些处理两性关系的技巧。

刘晓纯告诉记者，希望通过他的课程传递给学生两个观念：“感恩”和“责任”。

据悉，天津大学还将推出“伴侣咨询”、“伴侣情感学习小组”讨论等心理咨询服务，辅助青年学子更好地处理情感问题。
