IT资讯讯 3月30日消息，据报道，目前富士康董事会已经批准收购夏普的计划，董事会决议认购夏普发行新普通股，每股日币为88元，从原先的每股118日圆再往下砍，降幅达到25%，收购金额从最初的近60亿美元降至不到45亿美元。

今年2月25日，夏普董事会接受了鸿海的收购提议。夏普计划通过股权融资筹集4890亿日元；夏普股权融资中的股份将配发给鸿海；夏普将先从鸿海获得1000亿日元的保证金。但随后，鸿海又宣布暂缓签署交易协议。

按计划，鸿海集团将收购夏普三分之二的股权，从而获得控股权地位。除了最重要的液晶面板资产之外，鸿海集团也将获得夏普的家电业务。不过夏普未来将作为鸿海的子公司保持独立运营的地位。
