　　据介绍，2014年12月，南阳致远生物医药有限公司从无锡一家生物公司购进一批次脑膜炎疫苗。相关记录显示，2015年4月，这批11100人次的脑膜炎疫苗被销售到河南周口地区疾控机构，经手人为李留柱。李留柱是山东“疫苗案”中相关部门公布的上游人物，也是南阳致远生物医药公司的业务员。

　　南阳致远生物医药有限公司成立于2008年9月，是南阳市惟一家具有经营疫苗资质的生物医药销售企业。

　　南阳市食品药品监督管理局药品稽查局副局长王海龙告诉记者，从调查的情况来看，南阳致远公司从无锡这家公司购卖的该批疫苗，从产品到运输、储存都没有问题。问题出在李留柱将这批疫苗从致远公司仓库提出、装车运走之后。该批疫苗运走之后的第二天，致远公司收到了河南周口地区疾控机构签收这批疫苗的回执。但调查的结果是，这份回执是伪造的，周口地区疾控机构并没有收到过南阳致远生物医药有限公司销售的该批脑膜炎疫苗。这批疫苗究竟去了哪里？是卖给了山东的庞某还是流到了其他地方？

　　南阳市食品药品监督管理局流通科科长张瑞向记者透露，李留柱的两部电话已经打不通，有关疫苗的流向很难说清楚。因找不到李留柱，目前药监局已将此案移交警方处理。

　　那么，李留柱向外销售疫苗的行为究竟属于个人行为还是公司行为？对此，王海龙表示，有些情况尚在调查中，他不便就此下结论。
