中国铁路总公司领军组成的中国企业联合体与印尼维卡公司（WIKA）领军组成的印尼国企联合体，共同组建雅万高铁合资公司。

雅万高铁合资公司16日晚与印尼交通部就雅万高铁项目签署特许经营协议，项目总造价确定为51.35亿美元。此前预算为55亿美元。

根据协议，合资公司对雅万高铁的特许经营权将从2019年5月底开始，为期50年。同时，合资公司须在建设许可证颁发后3年内完成修建工作。

报道称，印尼交通部表示，这是印尼交通部第一次将铁路的特许经营权给予一家外资持股企业。协议签订后，交通部将会颁发高铁的建设和营运许可证
