3月18日 从杭州西湖区公安分局获悉，古荡派出所破获一起用虚拟软件刷单骗取专车平台补贴的诈骗案，2名涉案人员注册了5000个虚假的UBER（优步）司机、乘客账户，伪造虚拟行程，骗取补贴14万元。目前，2人已被刑事拘留。

3月初，古荡派出所在对接辖区优步公司时发现，公司后台数据和刷单产生的费用清单相差14万元，且是在2015年下半年奖励已变少的情况下。

民警研究优步公司提供的刷单产生的行车记录图后，发现记录中的车辆行驶路线竟经过多处河流、农田。

3月16日，2名涉嫌诈骗的犯罪嫌疑人占某（男，30岁，杭州人）、陈某（男，27岁，江西上饶人）落网，警方还在其住处发现刷单用的电脑和手机等。

经审讯，2人对刷单诈骗的犯罪事实供认不讳。警方初步查明，犯罪嫌疑人先后注册5000个虚假的新司机和虚假乘客账户，伪造虚拟行程，骗取返利，非法获利14万元。

目前，案件还在进一步调查。
