Ministry of education: nearly personnel abroad to complete their studies back home
Official website of Ministry of education announced on March 17, 2015-our personnel abroad. From 1978 to the end of 2015, after completing academic 2.2186 million people returning to development, 79.87% per cent of completed study groups.
Published by the Ministry of education show:
2015-our personnel abroad a total of 523,700, including: State-sponsored 25,900 people, sent 16,000 people, self-supported 481,800. 2015 returned a total of 409100 people, including: State-sponsored 21,100 people sent 14,200 people, 373,800 people studying abroad at their own expense.
2015 2014-compare statistics, studying abroad in China and the number studying abroad has increased. Studying abroad increased 63,900 people, grew by 13.9%; increase the number returned 44,300 people, an increase of 12.1%. As the number of annual home and abroad the growth in the number, the gap is narrowing between the two trends. Annual study abroad/return ratio dropped from 3.15:1 in 2006 to 2015 years 1.28:1.
From 1978 to the end of 2015, all kinds of personnel abroad totaled 4.0421 million people. 1.2643 million of whom are conducting related study and research abroad; 2.7778 million of them have completed their studies; 2.2186 million people returning to development after they completed their studies, 79.87% per cent of completed study groups.

教育部：近八成出国留学人员完成学业后回国发展
教育部官网3月17日公布2015年度我国出国留学人员情况。1978年到2015年底，221.86万人完成学业后选择回国发展，占已完成学业群体的79.87%。
教育部公布的情况显示：
2015年度我国出国留学人员总数为52.37万人，其中：国家公派2.59万人，单位公派1.60万人，自费留学48.18万人。2015年度各类留学回国人员总数为40.91万人，其中：国家公派2.11万人，单位公派1.42万人，自费留学37.38万人。
2015年度与2014年度的统计数据相比较，我国出国留学人数和留学回国人数均有进一步增加。出国留学人数增加6.39万人，增长了13.9%；留学回国人数增加4.43万人，增长了12.1%。随着年度回国人数与出国人数的增长，两者之间的差距呈逐渐缩小趋势。年度出国/回国人数比例从2006年的3.15:1下降到了2015年的1.28:1。
从1978年到2015年底，各类出国留学人员累计达404.21万人。其中126.43万人正在国外进行相关阶段的学习和研究；277.78万人已完成学业；221.86万人在完成学业后选择回国发展，占已完成学业群体的79.87%。
