　　【新民晚报·新民网】3月，上海渣打银行对房贷优惠政策作出调整，客户存款50万及以上，最低可以享受9折优惠。目前，上海30家银行首套房利率优惠均达到9折或者9折以下。

　　据融360最新监测数据显示，当前，上海本地30家银行首套房首付均为3成，其中汇丰银行利率最低，为8.2折；友利银行、浙商银行、华夏银行、渤海银行、大华银行利率为9折，渣打银行要求客户存款50万及以上，最低可以享受9折优惠；江苏银行、兴业银行、新韩银行利率为8.8折，建设银行首套商业贷款50万以下9折，50-100万8.7折，100-150万8.6折；150万以上最低8.5折；浦发银行利率为8.6折，中国银行利率为8.6折，要求商贷100万以下9折，100-200万8.8折，200万以上最低8.6折（部分支行要求有存款）；南京银行、渤海银行、大新银行、广发银行、平安银行等17家银行利率为8.5折（双周供最低8折）；中信银行首套房利率最低8.3折。

　　二套房首付方面，9家银行为4成，11家银行为5成，5家银行为6成，剩下5家银行为7成；二套房贷利率方面，除新韩银行为基准利率上浮20%外，上海农商银行、大新银行等29家银行实行基准利率上浮10%。
