Tian Jinchen said in present social credit system under the framework of the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference, our country has been set up with the participation of 25 departments sharing mechanism of credit information. Under this mechanism, set up the 5 working groups.

First group of regulations research team, on the credit system construction of some of the major themes and some of the rules and regulations for research. The second group is the standardization group, and criteria involved in the construction of the credit system, such as data collection standards, evaluation criteria and so on. Third panel demand coordination group, this group is mainly used to solve our problem of asymmetric information on supply and demand. The fourth group is the shared technology group, is mainly to solve the credit information exchange and share some common technical questions. The fifth group is a Union disciplinary panel, uniting the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference for members of the unit and common use of credit information at our disposal, for some dishonest behaviour according to law to carry out the joint disciplinary.

Tian Jinchen further explained that, under the sharing mechanism currently have already combed some shared data, also drafted a memorandum of credit information sharing and cooperation, organize relevant departments to sign.

Meanwhile, the State now has launched a national unified credit information platform planning and construction work. Now our country's credit amount is very large, but are dispersed in all industries and all sectors, in all places, how to make these information integration across the country, in every part of the country will be able to look up to see, there is an urgent need for such sharing of information credit platforms.
