　　云南网讯(记者 杨之辉) 记者从晋宁县公安局获悉，2014年5月31日17时35分许，一男子在云南省昆明市晋宁县晋城镇兴益路持刀劫持人质，经现场处置民警多次警告并鸣枪示警无效后，民警果断开枪将其击伤制服，成功解救人质。

　　5月31日17时10分许，晋城派出所民警在巡查过程中，发现一可疑男子，在上前盘查时，该男子突然窜进一烧烤店内，手持一把长刀(约20公分)劫持店内一男子。民警立即警告其放下凶器，释放被劫持人质，但该男子拒不听从，继续劫持人质与民警形成对峙，情绪极为激动。后嫌疑人劫持着人质欲逃离现场，民警鸣枪警告无效后，为确保人质安全，果断开枪将其击伤制服，人质安全获救。随后，民警通知120急救中心到现场对受伤嫌疑人进行抢救。

　　经查，嫌疑人梁某某(男，40岁，云南省晋宁县人)2009年6月因盗窃自行车被公安机关处罚；因吸毒成瘾2010年后被多次送强制隔离戒毒。民警现场在其身上查获毒品海洛因0.3克(毛重)。

　　目前，犯罪嫌疑人经送医院抢救无效后死亡，检察机关已依法介入调查。案件正进一步调查中。
