　　口导：苏和在大漠深处坚守10年种植梭梭的善举，不胫而走。不止在额济纳旗、在阿拉善盟，提到苏和，很多人都会说?“知道，他在沙漠里种树好多年了”。榜样就在身边，在苏和的家乡，越来越多的人知道了生态建设的重要性，并身体力行。

　　同期?你是干嘛的？个体户来干活的20几个人是同学，平时经常聚会，这次，他们换了形式，商量好假期来帮苏和种树。

　　同期：志愿者?那么大年纪在这么艰苦的地方种树，太不容易了，特别感动。

　　同期  志愿者?为了家乡，放弃那么好的生活条件，特别敬佩。

　　这天是周末，早晨七点，苏和就有电话打进来，到八点钟一个小时时间，苏和接了三个电话，有要来帮忙种树的，有要买树苗的。

　　同期  苏和  当初来这里种树，我没有想到会有今天。现在看到这么多人都来种树，和我一起努力，看到大家生态保护意识越来越强，我特别激动。感觉我当年做对了，有价值。

　　在苏和种植的梭梭林的最东边住着龚殿成一家。2012年一退休，龚师傅就主动提出来，跟苏和一起种树。他在城里有房子，生活条件也很好，却自己掏钱盖房，在沙漠里安家。三年来，龚师傅一直是苏和最得力的帮手。

　　同期?龚殿成   他人品好，是个好人，以前曾经帮过我。我就是要帮他，像好哥们儿，好朋友。把树种好。现在乐感越精神，越来越有劲儿。

　　苏和家有三间屋子，每一间的墙上都挂着照片，苏和有个习惯，只要来这里种过树的人，他都会留下照片。十年间，义务帮他种树的人始终没有间断过。帮助过他的人，他无以为报，希望以这样的形式，表达感激。

　　现在，苏和自己有苗圃，每年产苗2万株，除了自己用，也给附近的牧民和企事业单位提供，生活困难的牧民，都是白送。

　　上午，牧民巴特尔又拿走了1万株梭梭苗，他已经连续7年、每年买苗1万株，现在在他的牧场里种着100多亩梭梭。

　　同期?巴特尔?牧民?我就想的保护生态，风沙大，挡风沙哇。

　　在距离苏和差不多20公里的地方，嘎布亚图用7年时间已经种活了2000亩梭梭。他是苏和的小舅子，原来是额济纳旗文化局副局长，2007年辞职，跟着姐夫一起种树。

　　同期  嘎布亚图  苏和的小舅子  以前在他那帮助种这(梭梭)，我就意识到了，这个人有远大的理想。他有好多种办法发动当地农牧民：哪个牧民生活上有问题、困难，他就点名叫过来，说你过来给我干点活，我给你钱，发工资。这个当中，(牧民)看到了种树有什么好处，意识到了有这么个想法，也回去种树，是这种的方式方法把这个当地的牧民给带动起来了。这个了不得。

　　从2010年开始，嘎布亚图出来单干，姐夫苏和一直免费给他提供梭梭苗。他种植梭梭，嫁接苁蓉，现在成了额济纳旗的苁蓉种植大户。嘎布亚图还和姐夫苏和联手，苏和给牧民提供苗木，他给牧民提供苁蓉种子，吸引更多人种树。

　　【现场声：你看，好家伙，真大，这个就是苁蓉，苁蓉漏出来的头，还是双头的。】

　　10年坚守，苏和植树造林、绿化家乡的事不胫而走，在人们心里播下了绿色的种子。据不完全统计，目前，全旗累计营造林27.8万亩，全民义务植树168.5万株。

　　同期?丁艳波?苏和曾经的同事  大家发自内心地细细想一想，你来干一天两天行，在这种环境下真正的让你一呆十年，谁能做得了？不要说是干活了，在这看着这块土地能做了么？所以说我很敬佩他。

　　同期?刘洪贵苏和曾经的同事：苏回到家乡那么艰苦的环境，那么执着地在那搞好一片林子，回报家乡的父老乡亲。这个精神，值得我们每一个党员、干部学习。

　　同期?孟和?额济纳旗旗长  苏和热爱家乡，退休后回到额济纳旗植树造林，是我们学习的榜样，在他的影响下越来越多的人开始植树造林。我们相关部门也给苏和提供相应的帮助，政府出了钱，拉了电，林业部门提供相应的指导。
