　　4月28日，中央纪委监察部网站通报了174件违反中央八项规定精神典型案件。这是该网站连续第四周进行集中通报，这些案件是4月21日至25日由各级纪检监察机关查处的。

　　通报的案件涉及30个省区市和新疆生产建设兵团，还包括教育部和中国电信集团公司。这些典型案件主要涉及公车私用、公款接待、公款吃喝、公款旅游、违反工作纪律、大操大办婚丧喜庆等问题，违规人员分别受到了免职、留党察看、党内严重警告、党内警告、行政记过等处分。根据统计，其中违反工作纪律问题43起，居第一位；违规购置使用公车问题32起，位列第二；大操大办婚丧喜庆、违规发放福利同为23起，并列第三。

　　云南省弥渡县红岩镇中心学校校长、红岩镇教育部门党总支书记张尧，中心学校党支部书记李庆公款购买挂历问题。2013年9月，挂历经销商找张尧商谈订购挂历事宜，双方口头约定了规格和单价，单价为33元/本，张尧将此事交李庆具体办理。2013年11月，李庆将挂历分发到各学校，要求各校向经销商付款。至2013年12月，共有10所学校用公用经费支付14223元431本挂历款，并到中心学校报账。弥渡县纪委给予张尧党内严重警告处分，给予李庆党内警告处分。

　　用警车接学生?阻碍纪委检查河南省桐柏县法院聘用司机秦占银违规使用警车问题。2013年9月25日，桐柏县纪委检查组发现县法院警车在县幼儿园接孩子，聘用司机秦占银发现后抢夺检查组相机，在工作人员告知是县纪委检查时仍态度蛮横。县法院将秦占银辞退，追缴其使用公车费用，对主管领导进行诫勉谈话。
