4月28日，中央纪委监察部网站通报了174件违反中央八项规定精神典型案件。这是该网站连续第四周进行集中通报，这些案件是4月21日至25日由各级纪检监察机关查处的。

云南省弥渡县红岩镇中心学校校长、红岩镇教育部门党总支书记张尧，中心学校党支部书记李庆公款购买挂历问题。2013年9月，挂历经销商找张尧商谈订购挂历事宜，双方口头约定了规格和单价，单价为33元/本，张尧将此事交李庆具体办理。2013年11月，李庆将挂历分发到各学校，要求各校向经销商付款。至2013年12月，共有10所学校用公用经费支付14223元431本挂历款，并到中心学校报账。弥渡县纪委给予张尧党内严重警告处分，给予李庆党内警告处分。
