骚年穿羽绒服进网吧，出来时已是春暖花开
????????????4月25日，一场由大连市教育局主办、大连市第84中学承办的关于“青少年网络成瘾问题研究”的专题讲座在甘井子区金二小学举行，来自市内五区及金州新区各中小学校的心理教师、德育主任200余人聆听了报告。主讲嘉宾是中国青少年心理成长基地主任、北京军区总医院成瘾医学中心主任陶然。去年，被视为精神医学领域“圣经”的《美国精神疾病诊断与统计手册》（DSM）做了近20年来第一次重大更新，在关于“网络游戏成瘾章”中，全盘采纳了陶然制定的《网络成瘾临床诊断标准》，陶然是网络成瘾临床诊断标准的制定者。讲座中，陶然介绍了网络成瘾的标准、成因，同时也讲述了几个令人吃惊的网络成瘾案例。

游戏公会40人练级时全部都穿尿不湿
陶然说，曾经有一位家长向他求助，称自己16岁的儿子总往家买尿不湿，起初担心儿子是不是得什么恋物癖了，但又看不见他在家里穿，也不摆弄，想当面问，又怕伤害孩子。“孩子能用尿不湿干啥呀？”
针对家长的困惑，陶然运用心理咨询师的技巧让这个孩子开了口。这个16岁的男孩坦言，他最近迷上网络游戏《魔兽世界》，一帮志同道合的网友共同加入了一个公会（相当于一个战队），彼此间常常联合完成游戏任务。“大家玩起来很投入，互相帮着练级，特别是遇到关键任务，眼睛都不能眨一下。”男孩称，这个时候你如果因为上厕所而耽误事儿，是很不讲究的。“因此，我来网吧打游戏时都穿尿不湿。”
据该男孩介绍，他所在的游戏公会，像他一样穿尿不湿打游戏的至少40人。

穿羽绒服进网吧，出来时已是春暖花开
在陶然接触的青少年网络成瘾案例中，不少孩子因父母限制在家里上网时间，都到网吧寻求快乐，一些人没钱上网，把家里的东西偷出来卖，书啊、摆件啊，甚至电器、古董。有的孩子干脆辍学，拿钱住进网吧。饿了就在网吧吃，或者让网吧老板叫外卖，困了就在椅子上眯一会儿。
陶然曾接触过一个极端案例，一个中学生不上学了，终日在网吧度过，每天连网吧的门都不出。“走进网吧时是冬天，孩子还穿着羽绒服，当其走出网吧时，已是春暖花开，大街上有的人已经穿上短袖衣服了。”陶然指出，这并不是夸张，而是真实的案例。
孩子上网成瘾与家庭教育环境有关系
“网瘾并不是一天两天形成的，需要一个长期的过程。”陶然说，在网络时代里，家长不可能完全限制孩子上网，但一定要有规矩，比如完成学习任务后，可以上多长时间，不能超，或者说不能超太多时间。有的家长说“别玩了”，孩子就跟家长讨价还价，“我再玩一会儿”，过会儿再催，还是“再玩一会儿”，几个回合下来，几个小时过去了。家长长期这样妥协，日后孩子一旦成瘾，再想控制已经来不及了。
陶然指出，研究中，青少年网络成瘾的一个很重要的因素是家庭环境。一些家长的示范作用及情绪管理缺失，如自身情绪管理失调、自身有不良嗜好、缺乏积极的价值观；有的家长角色混乱，如父母感情角色混乱、社会角色与家庭角色转换不当；还有的教育理念不一致，夫妻关系不和谐。“这些，都有可能成为孩子上网成瘾的诱因。”陶然说。
陶然还提醒家长，对于已经上网成瘾的孩子，即便完全限制住他用电脑上网，其在看电视、玩手机的过程中，也能产生快感，因为此时产生的病理反应跟上网是一样的，因此这种情况下，家长不要简单地认为，孩子已经改了，还是应该求助专业人士，帮助治疗网瘾。

据中国青少年网络协会第三次网瘾调查研究报告显示
我国城市青少年网民中网瘾青少年约占14.1%，人数约为2404.2万；在城市非网瘾青少年中，约有12.7%的青少年有网瘾倾向，人数约为1858.5万。

1.多参加一些自己喜欢的活动，多做一些自己感兴趣的事情，用自己的新行为和新习惯来代替上网习惯。
2.科学安排准时下网。上网前，根据任务量限定上网时间，时间一到马上下网，不找任何借口。
3.可向同学、老师、朋友和家庭，讲明自己控制上网的计划，请他们监督，当“网瘾”出现时，请他们及时提示，帮助克服。
4.当自己无法解决上网成瘾问题时，一定要积极主动地寻求专业人员的帮助，可找心理咨询师咨询或参加团体心理训练。
