诺基亚声明主要内容如下：
1、任命苏里为总裁兼CEO，2014年5月1日生效：
2、展望未来的前景，努力成为连接世界的技术领域的领导者；
3、通过建设网络、定位和技术三大强势业务实现这一愿景；
4、计划通过50亿欧元的项目优化资本结构，包括股息和股票回购计划，内容如下：
——2013年普通股每股派息0.11欧元（总额约4亿欧元），等待2014年的股东大会批准。2014年普通股每股派息0.11欧元（总额至少4亿欧元），等待2015年的股东大会批准；
——派发每股0.26美元的特别股息（总额约10亿欧元），等待2014年的股东大会批准；
