　　新华网北京2月10日电 (记者吕诺)国家卫生计生委新闻发言人姚宏文10日在发布会上说，专家预测近期中国内地可能继续出现人感染H7N9禽流感散发病例，建议公众加强个人防护。

　　姚宏文说，综合分析近期疫情相关病原学、流行病学和临床表现等监测信息，专家研判认为，目前人感染H7N9禽流感疫情的特点未发生明显变化，病例仍以散发为主，监测未发现病毒发生有公共卫生意义的变异，病毒传播途径仍然是由禽到人。

　　国家流感中心主任舒跃龙说，人接触禽或者活禽市场，是H7N9禽流感主要感染来源。生活模式没有改变，是病例还会继续发生的根本原因。近期新增病例数多，主要原因是春节期间食用禽类的机会更多，人暴露的机会也多。改变禽类的销售、食用模式，尽量选购冰鲜鸡，才会逐步降低感染风险。
