Xinhuanet, Beijing, February 10 (reporter Hu Hao)-National Health Commission published on 10th January 2014 national statutory infectious disease profiles, nationwide (not including Hong Kong and Macao) has reported a total of 457,766 cases of notifiable diseases, died 1157. Reported incidence in the top 5 disease followed by viral hepatitis, tuberculosis, syphilis, gonorrhea, bacillary and amoebic dysentery, 95% of total Group b reported incidence of infectious diseases.

The same period, the country reported a total of 185,761 cases of class c infectious disease pathogenesis, killed 21 people. Disease incidence in the top 3 in the report was followed by other infectious diarrhoeal disease, foot and mouth disease and influenza, 90% of total cases of class c infectious diseases reported.

　　新华网北京2月10日电(记者胡浩)国家卫生计生委10日发布2014年1月全国法定传染病疫情概况，全国(不含港澳台)共报告法定传染病457766例，死亡1157人。其中，人感染H7N9禽流感死亡31人。

　　根据统计，1月甲类传染病无发病、死亡报告；乙类传染病中传染性非典型肺炎、脊髓灰质炎、人感染高致病性禽流感和白喉无发病、死亡报告，其余22种传染病共报告发病272005例，死亡1136人。

　　报告发病数居前5位病种依次为病毒性肝炎、肺结核、梅毒、淋病、细菌性和阿米巴性痢疾，占乙类传染病报告发病总数的95%。

　　同期，全国共报告丙类传染病发病185761例，死亡21人。报告发病数居前3位的病种依次为其它感染性腹泻病、手足口病和流行性感冒，占丙类传染病报告病例总数的90%。
