今日，冠县公安局通报此事称，事发地点位于当地甘官屯乡前蚕姑庙村，该村村民李福旺(男，1973年生)因纠纷持刀将同村村民李福荣(男，1951年生)、李子振(男，1969年生，李福荣之子)、刘兰英(女，1973年生，李子振妻子)及李玉佳(9岁，李子振儿子)4人捅伤。李福旺作案后潜逃。李福荣、李子振、刘兰英经送医院抢救无效死亡，李玉佳无生命危险现在医院治疗。
