　　新华网长沙2月2日电（记者谭畅）日前，有网民发帖举报湖南省益阳市中级人民法院一法官在办案过程中公然索贿，以钱量刑，且态度粗暴。益阳市中级人民法院调查回复称，当事法官态度确有不当之处，但没有证据证实法官有索贿行为。

　　1月25日，网民“哭诉人”发出《益阳法官公然索贿，杀人案按钱量刑》的帖文，举报益阳市中级人民法院刑一庭法官易某某公然索贿，并且对当事人态度粗暴。据帖文描述，“哭诉人”刘政华的丈夫被他人杀害，案件由益阳市中级人民法院审理。承办法官易某某在了解当事人诉求及协调民事赔偿过程中提出：“如果你们找钱过来，我帮你们疏通一下，也许可判个无期或死缓。”

　　益阳市中级人民法院回复称，法院得知此事后立即成立调查组。从初步调查的情况看，没有证据证实易某某有索贿情形。但在历次调解过程中，因刘政华哭闹，不听劝阻，易某某态度确有不当之处，法院已对其进行批评教育，其本人也对态度问题承认错误。

　　据益阳中院回复，举报索贿一帖由刘政华的儿子刘思发布。1月28日，法院有关部门负责人先后走访了刘政华、其亲属及律师。刘政华本人及其律师表示，没有听说过有法官要钱一事。刘思称易某某找其要钱之事有录音证实，但已经删掉，如果可以恢复，在2月7日左右给调查组回复。

　　益阳中院表示，将视情况进一步调查。
