　　在外媒取得的一份旧金山市提出的报告中，市政府表示，美国国家运输安全委员会针对这起事件做成2份报告，都说在叶梦圆的气管或肺部找不到尘埃、尘土或消防泡沫。这意味着叶梦圆在坠机时就已经死亡。

　　旧金山市政府官员称，这一结论是根据美国国家运输安全委员会的报告与联邦调查人员进行的访问得来，而不是根据医学评估。
