此前，IT资讯曾报道移动官方微博@中国移动10086官方微博发布微博宣称除夕当天刷微博免流量的消息，就在众多移动用户为之欢欣鼓舞的时候，移动方面却悄然删除了该微博，此举引发了大量用户的不满，纷纷指责中国移动言而无信。
不过，小编一直觉得既然移动官方都贴出活动海报了，那肯定会有免流量这回事，只不过活动形式等方面可能会有限制。
今天晚上，移动方面终于传来消息了，还是免流量，不过却有了诸多方面的限制...
移动方面称，此次活动是新浪微博为中国移动北京、广东、江苏用户特别定制的“除夕当天刷新浪微博免流量”活动。
关于此次活动的规则，有几条移动用户不得不知：
1、此次刷微博免流量的活动仅限北京移动、广东移动和江苏移动用户；
2、使用微博客户端浏览微博、参与微博互动产生的流量才能计算在免费范围内，包括使用新浪微博客户端刷新信息流、发布和转发微博、查看图片、主页、查看及发表私信、查看和发表评论、查看春晚和红包飞主题页内产生的流量。
3、不在免流量范围内的情形：漫游用户；浏览客户端内，微博内容中外链的视频、音乐等；从新浪微博客户端内跳出到其他非新浪微博客户端外链网页产生的流量。
