  一网站调查显示:近七成白领将年终奖视为是否跳槽的重要因素


  智联招聘网站日前发放一万多份问卷,对包括广州在内的28个大中城市白领展开年终奖调查。调查显示,参与者中有46.47%的人已拿到年终奖,预计今年会有39.26%的白领会拿到“现金+实物”的年终奖,15.32%的白领将只有实物形式的年终奖。在满分5的情况下,白领年终奖满意度指数仅为1.75。这份调查卷显示,如果不发年终奖,近七成白领可能选择在年后跳槽。


  28市平均满意度不及格


  调查分析小伙伴们已入袋的年终奖数额“骨感”十足——超一成白领年终奖不到1000元,多数白领年终奖集中在1000-5000元之间,占比达32.64%。而能收获万元以上大奖的白领,不足受访人总数的四成。


  2013年度全国28市,白领对年终奖的满意度指数仅为1.75。在满分5的情况下,这一指数并不到及格线。一向以务实肯干著称的广州白领们对年终奖的满意度指数达到2.47,意外排名第一。北京的白领在此项调查中,总体满意度指数仅为1.34,排名最末。


  从岗位上来看,采购部门的满意度最高,满意度指数达到2.43;其次为销售,达到2.19。最不满意的部门为客服部门(1.15)和运营部门(0.93)。白领对年终奖的不满多集中在对年终奖分配不均、发放金额少及速度慢之上。


  近四成白领愿把钱存起来


  在回答“是否会因为年终奖收入情况而选择跳槽”时,近七成白领明确表示,会!仅11.79%的白领表示跳槽不受年终奖影响。针对“年终奖如何规划”的问题,38.14%的白领表示会将年终奖存起来,34.94%希望用这些钱去看望长辈,分别有两成的人表示将用于采购年货或还贷。


  值得关注的是,截止到调查结束,仍有一大部分白领所在的企业尚未发放年终奖,这让不少人对年终奖更持悲观态度。智联人力资源专家对此表示,该种现象一定程度上反映了往年企业年终奖发放情况与白领所想大相径庭,也反映出白领对年终奖期望值之高。“对年终奖期望高,一部分是因为大多数白领对目前的薪酬福利不满意,期望通过年终奖有所弥补,也和年终奖发放时间与中国传统节日紧密结合有关。”


  专家提醒,年终奖对企业与白领来说,都是一个重要的考核,这道关如果不能顺利通过,对于企业来说可能会引来年后人才大的流失。而对于白领来说,年终奖确实是他们决定去留的重要因素。
