　　副调研员贪贿240多万，牵出11人窝案

　　陈汉林，原任徐州市食品药品监督管理局党组成员、副调研员，检察机关查明，他多次索取和收受贿赂168.9万元，并贪污公款73.5万余元。去年4月26日，徐州市检察院以涉嫌受贿罪对陈汉林立案侦查，并由此案深挖窝串案11件11人。同年7月26日，陈汉林被法院以贪污、受贿两罪并罚，判刑12年，并处没收个人财产50万元；赃款予以追缴。
