　　2013年12月10日，国防部网站发布消息称，总部有关部门表示，近期网上流传的各种涉及军队体制编制调整改革的信息均纯属猜测。

　　《解放军报》法人微博“军报记者”就猜测性信息做了归纳总结，共计36条，此外还涉及服装和标志。在这36条不实的猜测性信息中，涉及内容有：中国人民解放军调整为中央军委—四总部—七大战区；战区保持原七大军区范围，对辖区内各军种平时训练、政治工作指导、联勤保障、装备维修；战时战区作为中央军委、四总部前敌指挥机关，统一协调指挥战区内作战部队；战区为中央军委、四总部派出机构等等。

　　官方回应走出具有中国特色的体制改革之路

　　建立联合作战指挥体制，是2013年11月中共十八届三中全会提出的国防和军队改革措施之一。其他改革项目包括推进联合作战训练和保障体制改革，完善新型作战力量领导体制，加强信息化建设集中统管，以及调整改善军兵种比例、官兵比例、部队与机关比例。
