　　央广网合肥12月30日消息(记者雷恺 韦雪)据中国之声《新闻纵横》报道，今年七月份，陕西省妇幼保健院医生拐卖婴儿案震惊全国。随后，经过警方侦查这起跨省拐卖婴儿团伙案件中的3名主要犯罪嫌疑人张某、潘某、崔某等多名犯罪嫌疑人都已被刑拘。

　　张淑侠是陕西富平县妇幼保健院妇产科副主任，涉嫌多次以新生儿患有传染性疾病和先天畸形等为由，建议家属放弃新生儿，而后将婴儿贩卖。那么今天上午九点，这起备受关注的陕西富平县妇幼保健院医生张淑侠拐卖婴儿案将在渭南市中级人民法院将依法公开审理。

　　渭南市中级人民法院今天将对案件依法进行公开审理，多位受害者家属也将出现在法庭上。尽管案件并不会当庭宣判，但受害者家属之一的王女士依旧向记者表示，希望犯罪嫌疑人能够得到严惩。

　　王女士：明天看看怎么判，她要是判死刑的话，啥都不说了，她要是不判死刑要找个说法。

　　到昨天为止，渭南市检察机关和法院没有对外公开过这起案件的起诉书，因此检察机关指控张淑侠涉嫌犯下几项罪名尚无法得知。但中国政法大学教授许兰亭认为，犯罪嫌疑人张淑侠至少将面临拐卖妇女儿童的罪名指控。

　　许兰亭：实际上拐卖妇女儿童是指以出卖为目的，有拐骗、绑架、收买、贩卖、接送、中转妇女、儿童的行为之一的只要有这些情况之一的就构成这个罪名，她的行为主要是以出卖为目的，偷盗婴幼儿，如果这个罪名成立的话，她的量刑应该在十年以上。

　　这起案件发生在今年7月。陕西富平县薛镇村村民董某在富平县妇幼保健院分娩过程中，医院产科副主任张淑侠以“新生婴儿患有先天性疾病”为由劝说董某及家属放弃婴儿并交给自己处理。随后，婴儿家属质疑婴儿遭到拐卖，并向富平县公安局城关派出所报案。

　　董某：17号早上带我媳妇到县医院去检查，梅毒和乙肝这两项，19号结果才出来，结果都很正常，都没有，都是阴性，然后我就报警了。

　　事后警方查实 ，在董某分娩之后，张淑侠以“婴儿患有先天性疾病”为由，诱使家属放弃对婴儿治疗并交由自己处理。之后，张淑侠与山西犯罪嫌疑人潘某取得联系，潘某、崔某驾车从山西赶赴富平，从张某家中以21600元将婴儿买走，随后又以30000元的价格将婴儿贩卖给其它犯罪嫌疑人。最终，产妇董某未满月的儿子被警方解救送回。

　　事件被披露之后引发广泛关注。 随后，富平警方又接到了多起类似报案。除董某一家外，又立案查实5起。事发后，包括张淑侠在内的多名犯罪嫌疑人被刑事拘留，包括分管副县长在内的6名相关责任人被免职。目前，共有6个家庭的孩子已经全部与家人团聚。今天出庭受审的将只有张淑侠一个人，倒卖婴儿链条中的潘某、崔某等人均另案处理。

　　今天上午九点，陕西渭南市中级人民法院将依法公开审理富平县妇幼保健院张淑侠拐卖婴儿一案。据了解，目前已经有来自全国多家媒体的记者赶到渭南采访报道此案。渭南中院也将使用该院最大的审判法庭，该庭可容纳150人旁听，庭审预计需要大半天时间。

　　今天早上不到8点的时候，渭南市中级人民法院的门口，是已经聚集了不少的记者，而在法院的四周也是可以看到有许多的安保人员在维持秩序。截止记者发稿前，旁听人员是在陆陆续续进场。而跟一般的案件审理不同，这一次参加张淑侠涉嫌拐卖婴儿一案审理的旁听人员进入法院的二楼审判大厅一共需要两道的安检程序。由此也是可以看出渭南市对于这一案件的重视。目前记者还没有看到押送涉嫌拐卖儿童的嫌疑人。

　　张淑侠的车辆开进法院，在二楼可以容纳150人旁听的审判大厅里面，更多的都是这个各媒体的记者是在做准备工作。

　　据记者了解这一次案件牵涉到的多名被拐卖婴儿的家长今天也会在法庭上出现，但是目前还没有看到这些家长的身影。今天早上渭南市气温是在零度以下，但是在法院外面还是聚集了大量的记者和群众，也是能够看出大家对于这起案件的关注，渭南市中级人民法院今天也将通过微博对案件进行直播。
