　　新快报讯 记者董芳报道 日前，广东省人民政府官网发布《广东省人民政府2016年制订规章计划》，其中新制订项目12项，预备项目10项，修改项目11项。在新制订项目中，包括“广东省粤剧保护管理规定”，以及此前因提出“痛经假”而备受关注的“广东省实施《女职工劳动保护特别规定》办法”。

　　新快报记者浏览发现，今年省政府新制订项目有12项，并且明确了起草单位。分别为：1。广东省事业单位登记管理实施办法（省编办）；2。广东省安全技术防范管理条例实施办法（省公安厅）；3。广东省节约用水管理办法（省水利厅）；4。广东省林地林木流转办法（省林业厅）；5。广东省粤剧保护管理规定（省文化厅）；6。广东省食品相关产品生产加工监督管理办法（省质监局）；7。广东省重大行政决策程序规定（省法制办）；8。广东省行政机关行政应诉工作规定（省法制办）；9。广东省行政执法全过程记录办法（省法制办）；10。广东省重大行政执法决定法制审核办法（省法制办）；11。广东省残疾人就业办法（省残联）；12。广东省实施《女职工劳动保护特别规定》办法（省总工会）。 　

　　据新快报记者了解，去年11月，广东省实施《女职工劳动保护特别规定》办法（送审稿）曾在广东省法制办官网上征求公众意见，因提出拟设立“痛经假”而备受关注。送审稿第六条规定，长时间不能离开劳动岗位的女职工在月经期间，用人单位应当为其安排适当的休息时间；经医疗机构证明（半年有效）患有重度痛经而不能工作的女职工，用人单位应当在其经期给予1天的带薪休息。记者在采访中发现，这一规定受到很多女职工的欢迎。
