　　新华网北京12月27日电 (记者张媛 张鹏雄)外交部发言人华春莹27日表示，受中国政府委派，中国政府非洲事务特别代表钟建华目前已出访南苏丹及周边国家，积极开展斡旋工作。中方愿继续与有关各方加强沟通与协调，共同推动南苏丹局势尽快恢复稳定。

　　在当日例行记者会上，有记者问，南苏丹冲突发生以来，中方为缓解紧张局势做了哪些工作？有报道称，当前南苏丹人道局势堪忧。中方对此有何评论，是否将向南提供人道主义援助？

　　华春莹说，自南苏丹冲突爆发以来，中方一直在以自己的方式积极劝和促谈。中方通过各种方式做南苏丹冲突双方工作，日前，钟建华大使同南苏丹外长本杰明通电话，推动双方保持克制和冷静，尽快停火谈判。中方积极推动国际社会在缓解南苏丹局势方面发挥积极作用，并与伊加特、非盟及非洲国家等各方保持密切沟通、协调与配合。

　　她说，目前，南苏丹人道主义局势出现恶化，中方对此感到忧虑。作为南苏丹人民的好朋友，为表明中国人民对南苏丹人民的友好情谊，中国红十字会已通过红十字国际委员会向南苏丹人民提供紧急人道主义援助。中方还将视南苏丹局势发展继续提供力所能及的帮助，同时也呼吁国际社会向南苏丹人民伸出援助之手。
