　　张艺谋承认“超生”事实引发各方评议，昨日，著名公益维权律师郭乘希对扬子晚报记者表示，她和贾方义律师将对张艺谋“超生”提起公益维权诉讼，要求无锡中院判其承担10亿元人民币社会资源侵占补偿费和惩罚性社会公益赔偿金，并发出计划生育严重违法入刑的立法倡议，将于今日在沪召开“讨伐超生大户张艺谋”新闻发布会。
