　　中新网北京5月21日电（记者 李金磊）近期，各地平均工资数据陆续出炉。中新网（微信公众号：cns2012）记者梳理发现，目前河北、安徽、湖南、湖北、海南、青海、四川等地公布了2015年平均工资。快来看看你家乡的工资水平有多高。

　　多地2015年平均工资出炉

　　——非私营单位工资明显高于私营

　　国家统计局5月13日公布2015年全国平均工资数据，全国城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为62029元，全国城镇私营单位就业人员年平均工资为39589元。

　　随后，各省份2015年平均工资陆续出炉。中新网记者梳理发现，目前至少已有河北、安徽、湖南、湖北、海南、青海、四川等地公布了2015年平均工资。

　　中新网记者注意到，同全国一样，上述已公布平均工资的地区中，其非私营单位的平均工资都明显高于私营单位。以河北为例，2015年河北省城镇非私营单位就业人员年平均工资为50921元，远高于私营单位的34084元。

　　中国劳动学会副会长苏海南此前对中新网记 者表示，非私营单位包括机关事业单位、国企、上市公司等，大中型企业居多，效率相对比较高，效益也比较好，其平均工资一直高于私营企业；加之去年机关事业 单位养老保险并轨加工资，工资比前年涨得稍快一些，其与私营企业平均工资的差距也稍拉大了一点；而私营企业大多数是劳动密集型中小企业，劳动生产率低于非 私营企业，劳动者工资正常增长机制又大都没有完全建立健全，劳动者议价能力也不强，导致工资水平明显低于前者。

　　——各地工资最高行业不同

　　上述已公布平均工资的地区中，其2015年非私营单位就业人员年平均工资均超过了5万元，其中，河北为50921元，安徽为55139元，湖北为54367元，湖南为52357元，海南为57600元，四川为58915元，青海则突破6万元，达到61090元。

　　一些省份还公布了分地区的平均工资数据。河北统计局公布的数据显示，河北省有5个设区市就业人员年平均工资超过全省平均水平，分别是廊坊市63455元、秦皇岛市54946元、唐山市54407元、石家庄市（含辛集市）53466元、沧州市52654元。

　　安徽统计局的数据显示，2015年年平均工资居前三位的是合肥、马鞍山、宣城，分别为63626元、58427元、56867元。

　　从行业来看，各地平均工资最高的行业也不尽相同。其中，湖南年平均工资最高的行业是金融业92826元；河北年平均工资最高的行业是信息传输、 软件和信息技术服务业93983元；安徽年平均工资最高的行业是电力、热力、燃气及水生产和供应业81692元；海南年平均工资最高的行业是信息传输、软 件和信息技术服务业115013元。

　　——多数地区工资为3万多元

　　上述已公布平均工资的地区中，其2015年私营单位就业人员年平均工资均多数为3万多元。

　　其中，安徽私营单位就业人员年平均工资为37148元，海南为37093元，河北为34084元，湖南为33033元，青海为32248元。

　　分行业看，海南年平均工资最高的行业是房地产业51042元；湖南年平均工资最高的是信息传输、软件和信息技术服务业41647元。

　　对比非私营单位，可以看出，私营单位的工资与非私营单位存在着不小差距。苏海南认为，这两类用人单位平均工资差距大，有其客观原因，也存在不合理因素，需要通过深化收入分配改革和多方面措施逐步缩小不合理差距。

　　苏海南建议，要进一步推进“控高”“提低”，一方面要破除垄断，实现更充分的竞争，调控非私营单位中某些行业、单位偏高偏快的工资涨幅，另一方 面要改善私营单位的生产经营条件，构建平等竞争的市场化格局，同时要加强培训，提升私营企业劳动者素质，促进劳动生产率提高。在此基础上，在私营企业逐步 推行工资集体协商，建立工资增长机制，使得劳动者的工资在企业能够承受的基础之上实现合理增长。（完）
