王安顺说，从检查来看，城乡结合部还存在许多安全隐患，有大量关停整改的任务要落实。我们要认真贯彻习近平总书记关于安全生产的重要指示精神，把公共安全和生产安全放在突出位置上抓，坚持高标准，严格落实不走过场，细致工作严防严控。城乡结合部存在的安全和环境等问题，都是发展中的问题，我们要通过转变发展方式来解决，决不能以牺牲安全为代价谋求发展。各级党委政府要全面贯彻落实三中全会精神，不断提高执政能力，在城镇化和土地流转过程中稳步探索，寻找出一条发展集体经济、保障农民权益、缓解人口资源环境矛盾的新路。
