　　本报讯（记者 方芳）昨天是世界艾滋病日，中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席习近平近日就《中共北京市委关于艾滋病防治工作情况的报告》作出重要指示。昨天，首都卫生系统举行座谈会，学习贯彻习总书记重要指示。市卫生局表示，要从医疗机构做起，消除艾滋病社会歧视，保证艾滋病患者的就医权利。

　　昨天，丰台区蒲黄榆社区卫生服务中心的小会议室坐得满满当当。一年前，习总书记曾经在这里看望艾滋病患者，与艾滋病防治志愿者交流。昨天，从事艾滋病防治的医务工作者、大学生防艾志愿者和来自红丝带之家的艾滋病感染者志愿者再次齐聚这里，跟市卫生局相关负责人一起，学习贯彻习总书记的重要指示，共同为消除艾滋病社会歧视献计献策。

　　老杨（化名）2000年感染艾滋病，如今他是北京地坛医院红丝带之家的志愿者。“我们学习了习总书记的指示，感到非常振奋。2005年，我成为一名同伴志愿者，利用业余时间给新感染者现身说法。”谈到歧视问题，老杨说这十年来歧视现象在北京有所改善，但距离他希望的目标还有差距。“在一些综合医院，歧视仍然存在，外科手术尤其明显。尽管国家有文件要求不能歧视，但仍有医生以各种理由推诿为感染者进行手术。所以消除社会歧视还有一定阻力，需要社会各界努力。”

　　北京城市学院大四学生陈晓东是一名大学生防艾志愿者，担任校内青春红丝带社团社长。4年来，他和4万多名首都高校志愿者一起，将防艾知识带进校园、工地、社区。“我们的宣传有时也会遇到阻力，有的高校老师不理解。我听说有的高校已经开了相关选修课，我觉得应该在高校推广这些艾滋病防治课程。”

　　蒲黄榆社区卫生服务中心的张医生介绍，美沙酮门诊是目前该中心卫生服务的一部分，为吸毒人员提供药物维持治疗。目前美沙酮门诊引进了中医管理治疗项目，还增设心理咨询师，提供免费心理咨询。

　　市卫生局局长方来英在座谈会上说，在艾滋病防治方面，北京取得了一定成效，也得到了国家领导的肯定。卫生系统前晚连夜学习了习总书记的重要指示，正在研究如何贯彻落实。习总书记在指示中提到：要动员社会力量积极参与，消除社会歧视，为感染者和病人提供及时有效的治疗和帮助，让他们感受到社会主义大家庭的温暖。方来英表示，在消除社会歧视方面，医疗机构要走在社会前面，带动社会消除对艾滋病感染者和病人的歧视。
