　　人民网武汉11月27日电 (记者 李如胜)继11月22日，武汉出台《关于进一步加强房地产市场调控工作意见》后，为加强房地产市场调控，11月27日，武汉市住房保障和房屋管理局就调整住房限购措施有关问题发布通知。

　　11月27日，武汉市住房保障和房屋管理局发布《市房管局关于调整我市住房限购政策的通知》(以下简称“通知”)。“通知”规定，非本市户籍居民家庭在本市购买住房的，缴纳税收或社保年限从“能提供购房之日前在本市累计缴纳1年以上”调整为“能提供购房之日前在本市累计缴纳2年以上”。

　　同时，通知要求各有关单位在受理新建商品住房、存量住房合同备案和产权登记时应加强审核，对提供缴纳税收和社保证明不符合规定的，不予办理相关手续。

　　“通知”还要求，非本市户籍居民家庭购买新建商品住房时间，以签订认购协议并提交购房资格核查日期为准；购买存量住房时间，以提交网签《存量住房买卖合同》日期为主。
