　　新华网南宁11月28日电(记者夏军)广西罗城仫佬族自治县公安机关28日通报称，当地警方破获一横跨粤、桂两省区，作案长达5年的特大贩卖假烟团伙，涉案价值达3000多万元。

　　今年4月广西罗城仫佬族自治县警方和烟草专卖部门在稽查行动中发现怀群、天河、宝坛、黄金等多个乡镇个体户销售假烟。警方调查发现，这些卷烟大多出自当地一居民吴某之手。每隔一段时间，便有人在南宁通过物流、客车等方式发来大量“货源”给吴某，而南宁的“货源”则大多来自广东。当地公安机关随后成立专案组进行深入调查。

　　经过连续数月的调查，截至11月25日，警方终于将13名犯罪嫌疑人全部抓获，并在其窝点缴获假冒的芙蓉王、玉溪、恭贺新禧、阿诗玛、白沙等成品烟5000多条，价值近50万元。

　　警方介绍，自2008年以来，犯罪嫌疑人黄某等人以广东等地为源头，每天通过物流从广东运送5至10件假冒卷烟到南宁，然后通过物流、客车将卷烟分销至广西各地，各地的“接货人”将这些卷烟批发给乡镇的卷烟零售户，一个巨大的集运输、仓储、销售为一体的非法卷烟经营网络就此形成，辐射广东及广西南宁、贺州、柳州、河池等地。这一团伙具有较强反侦查能力，假烟的外包装均进行伪装，取货和交货全部使用代号。
