　　据京法网事微博，北京市第一中级人民法院于27日上午9时在西中法庭公开宣判上诉人李某某、王某及原审被告人魏某某(兄)、张某某、魏某某(弟)强奸上诉一案。李某某等五人强奸上诉一案二审裁定驳回上诉人的上诉，维持一审原判有期徒刑10年。宣判结束后合议庭正在结合审判情况及判决结果对未成年上诉人和原审被告人进行法庭教育。

　　在二审的案件审理整个过程中，李某某上诉方所提交法庭重新调取证据的申请在庭审时已被二审法院驳回。维持判决结果出来后，被告人即上诉人王某仍要执行有期徒刑2年，剥夺政治权利2年，魏某某有期徒刑4年，张某某有期徒刑3年缓期5年，魏某某有期徒刑3年，缓刑3年，李某某将执行有期徒刑10年。
