记者在淘宝网上输入"骂人"二字，跳出很多相关链接，这些链接基本都以"找骂""想要发泄""受委屈""我吃点亏给你骂"来吸引眼球。打开这些链接，记者发现，骂人服务的成交量居然都非常高，买家对卖家提供的这项服务评价也是全五分。记者联系上一家名叫"成绩傲人"钻石卖家，卖家介绍说，他们可以提供倾诉、挨骂、甚至对骂的服务，还可以角色扮演，价格根据不同级别而定：

卖家：代骂服务的话，打电话一分钟5块钱，要提供通话记录的还是得多加钱。微博10个评论是5块钱，要QQ对骂，半小时15元。

不过，卖家要求，买家骂人前必须先进行评价，卖家对买家骂人的信息也会完全保密：

那么，这样的代骂服务会被大众所接受吗？

福建南平九越律师事务所的邓长昌律师表示，这种行为是违法的，按照法律的规定来讲，任何人都享有人格权，应该受到别人的尊重，也保持自己名誉的完整。对别人不满，你到网站去随意的谩骂别人，实际上就侵犯了被骂人的人格权益。他们一个是叫别人去骂，一个是帮别人去骂，这种情况下双方就构成了共同侵权。

对于这类违法行为，律师认为最重要的是相关部门要加强网络的监管，加大审查力度，而受害人也要注重收集证据来保护自己。
