　　农晓文出生于1967年9月，广西钦州市灵山县人。其1989年毕业于同济大学城市规划系城市规划专业，工作10年后曾在清华大学研究生院建筑与土木专业研究生课程进修班学习，获工程硕士学位。他曾任广西南宁市规划局副局长、广西贺州市副市长，2009月11月起担任广西旅游投资集团有限公司董事长职务。
