　　网帖中透露，在宜昌市点军区谭艾路43－46号红旗电缆厂码头一带，约100头死猪尸体被抛在长江岸边。这些死猪大多用蛇皮编织袋包装后抛尸，部分已经高度腐烂，恶臭熏天。

　　11日上午，记者来到谭艾路红旗电缆厂码头附近。现场已没有死猪的踪迹，但可以闻到明显的臭气与消毒水混杂的味道。

　　宜昌市点军区回应称，10日晚得知消息后，点军区立即组织人员前往照片所指地点进行调查核实，确认死猪数量为29头，丢弃于谭艾路路边，以仔猪为主。点军区农林水局、区畜牧兽医局以及点军街道办事处、艾家镇立即组织力量对死猪进行了集中清理和无害化处理，区卫生防疫部门对现场进行了防疫消毒。所有工作，已于当晚11时之前完成。

　　同时，点军区政府连夜对下一步工作进行部署：在全区范围内进行全面清查，由区执法部门严查乱丢死猪的养殖户，层层签订责任状，落实病死猪无害化处理工作责任，完善相关无害化处理机制和设施，确保全区病死猪无害化处理工作落实到位。
