　　新京报讯 (记者 张媛) "死刑保证书"刑事附带民事上诉案，本周五下午三点将在平顶山中院二审宣判，今日下午，被告人李怀亮的律师王永杰和蔺文财透露了这一消息。2001年，河南叶县湾李村村民李怀亮因涉嫌故意杀人罪被批捕，后被判刑15年。此案三次历经发回重审期间，2004年平顶山中院为了避免被害人家属上访，与家属约定尽量判李怀亮死刑，被称为“死刑保证书案”。今年4月25日，平顶山中院一审判决李怀亮无罪，被关押了12年的李怀亮当庭释放。
